Shipping

Ascension currently accepts delivery addresses within the United States. Tracked shipping is $8.50 when the merchandise total is $175 or less after discounts. Shipping is free when that total is more than $150.

After an order is submitted, the customer receives an order number, private status link, and emailed summary. A carrier tracking link is emailed after the package is handed to the carrier.

Local pickup

Local pickup is free. The pickup location and instructions will be sent by email after the order is submitted. Please wait for the emailed pickup instructions and the Ready for Pickup update before traveling to the pickup location.

Lost or damaged packages

If a shipment is lost during delivery, is missing after the carrier marks it delivered, or arrives with damaged contents, Ascension Corp Labs will provide a replacement. Contact support with the order number and any available carrier or damage documentation so the shipment can be verified and a replacement arranged.

Lost or damaged shipment claims are resolved by replacement, not by refund.

Cancellation and refund policy

Before payment is processed, contact support promptly if an order needs to be cancelled. Once Ascension confirms the payment and marks the order Fulfilling, the payment has been processed and the order is final. We do not issue refunds or accept cancellations after that point.

Lost or damaged shipment replacement

If a shipment is lost during delivery, is missing after the carrier marks it delivered, or arrives with damaged contents, Ascension Corp Labs will provide a replacement after verifying the shipment details. A refund is not issued for an eligible lost or damaged shipment claim.

99% purity replacement

If a peptide is independently tested by Janoshik and the analysis reports a purity below 99%, we will replace the vial at no cost. The laboratory analysis must be performed by Janoshik to qualify for replacement.

Start a replacement request

Use the support form and include the order number, the reason for the request, and any available supporting documentation. Do not include patient or medical information.

Research-use restriction

Ascension peptide products are offered for in vitro research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, or veterinary use. By submitting an order, the purchaser confirms that the products will be acquired and used only for lawful research purposes and that the purchaser is legally authorized to receive them.

Order submission and acceptance

The website does not collect payment. Submitting checkout details creates an order request and an Awaiting Payment status. Product availability, price, delivery method, discounts, and the final order total are shown in the order summary. Ascension may contact the customer if an order cannot be accepted or requires correction.

Payment and final sale

The order email provides the payment recipient and instructions. Customers should send the exact order total and include the order number in the Zelle memo. Payment is considered processed when Ascension confirms the transfer and marks the order Fulfilling. Once payment is processed, the order cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.

Delivery and replacement terms

Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, local pickup instructions, and carrier tracking are governed by the Shipping & Local Pickup Policy. Lost, missing, damaged, and qualifying purity claims are resolved under the Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Third-party supplies

Third-party products remain subject to their original manufacturer labeling, instructions, warnings, and applicable purchasing requirements.

Information we collect

Orders collect a customer name, email address, delivery choice, cart contents, and order totals. A phone number is optional. Shipped orders also require a U.S. delivery address. Support and peptide-request forms collect the details entered into those forms.

The website does not ask for or store bank, card, Zelle login, security-code, or other payment-account information. Please do not submit patient, medical, or other sensitive health information.

How information is used

Information is used to review and fulfill orders, send order and delivery updates, arrange local pickup, answer support questions, process replacement requests, prevent abuse, and review catalog suggestions. We do not sell personal information and the site does not use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics.

Storage and security

Customer and delivery details are encrypted before database storage. Private order links use expiring access tokens and secure, path-limited session cookies. The browser stores cart contents, an applied promo code, and recently viewed product identifiers on the customer’s device; it does not store checkout contact or address details.

Service providers

Information is processed only as needed by the services that operate the storefront: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, database services, and bot protection; Resend for transactional email; Google for the business email inbox; and the selected shipping carrier or approved tracking provider for delivery tracking. payment is completed separately outside this website.

Retention

Contact and address details for unpaid orders are scheduled for removal after 30 days. For orders that progress beyond Awaiting Payment, those details are scheduled for removal after 365 days from the latest qualifying order-status update. Encrypted sent or permanently failed email-queue records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Copies delivered to email providers and legally required business records may follow those providers’ or Ascension’s separate retention obligations.

After contact and address details are removed, operational records such as the order number, products, prices, status history, and the accepted policy version and time may be retained for business, security, and compliance purposes.
